Battlefield 3 Epic Patch
Have you guys SEEN this? They’re tweaking EVERYTHING.
My favourites: Frag rounds do less splash.
Usas-12 with frag rounds fires slower, same as all the other shotguns. Sorry bitches, your fag round days are over.
The MAV is nerfed to fuck, it’ll blow up if you try and run someone over (can still get one kill that way though), and it no longer works as a fucking elevator.
The Jet can no longer dodge rockets by pulling silly turns. Flares don’t make you lose your lock-on. Surface-to-air rockets now 1-hit disable, have shorter range to compensate.
And my personal favourite… Mid-air collisions will now result in the aircraft involved being destroyed. About god damn time, DICE!
And a shit-load of other tweaks, of which 99% are good. Hell, even the knife is useful now. And being prone when someone throws a grenade is no longer a death sentence. Oh, and all the accessories sound really improved and balanced, I ESPECIALLY like that the suppressor no longer gives you a damage reduction, but range penalties instead, as it should.
All in all, this patch sounds pretty god-tier.

Welp, there’s goes 80% of the reason to play Support class. The patch is going to KILL this class.
AND you can’t plant the mortar in your base. HAHAHAHA Dead class is fucking DEAD. Though yeah, I fucking hated this. I’ve made a point of rushing their bases on the likes of Grand Bazaar just to kill these fucks, suicide be damned.
They finally fixed the planted explosives appearing on the mini-map, which was retarded, they now need to be spotted, which lasted for 15 seconds now instead of 30.
Oh, one more… the AA vehicle now does less damage to infantry units. HALLELUJAH. That thing is fucking BROKEN. (Playing rush yesterday, each game the person that got in that was in it pretty much the whole game, I could only get them with Javelins and Guided Shells, and they got more than 40 kills. Could keep the whole team suppressed to the spawn point. (Wake Island))
